About Our Team |
Our Mission: The mission of the Environment Solutions Team is to improve the health of the environment and the public in Escambia County.
Our Team: Dr. Enid Sisskin, University of West Florida, School of Allied Health and Life Sciences, serves as the Team Chair. Team members represent local grassroots and national environmental organizations, industry, government and public health agencies, educators and citizens concerned about the environmental health of our community. Meetings: Meetings and discussions are held via e-mail. Team members share ideas about how to improve the local environment, seek out opportunities to promote environmentally-friendly practices, and discuss methods to communicate practical ways to incorporate changes in daily living that are good for the environment.
