Order the kid's meal at if you're opting for fast food one day. Kids' meals often contain smaller portion sizes and healthier options. For example, instead of getting a Big Mac™ with fries and a large soda, order a child's happy meal which includes a small hamburger, milk, and apple slices.
Freeze Fruit to Make Smoothies throughout the Week
Mangoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and many other fruits can be thrown in the freezer once their ripe so that they can be used later to make delicious, healthy smoothies at your convenience.

Rev Up Your Immune System
During increased periods of stress, you should also increase your consumption of Vitamin C to boost your immune system so that the likelihood of you getting sick during a period of high-level stress decreases. Vitamin C, found naturally in orange, lemon, and lime juices, increases the production of infection fighting white blood cells and antibodies so your body is able to stay defensive against possible outside attacks (viruses, etc).
