Applications must be submitted online at www.UniteEscambia.com.
Applications must include:
1. A project name: Please be specific. This is the public’s first impression of the project.
2. A brief description of the project: 30 words or less.
3. Goals of the Project: Explain what you want to do and what you hope to accomplish. Be specific. What are your plans for this project? Why is it needed in Escambia County? Who will it affect? Where in Escambia County will it be?
4. Overview of the project: Describe how you will accomplish this project. Overview should be 500 words or less and include: 1) Define the problem. 2) Why are you passionate about this? 3) What is your solution? 4) What are your action steps? 5) How will you get volunteers? 6) What supplies are needed and how will you get them? 7) Where will your project take place?
5. Measures of Success.
6. Dollar breakdown: How will the money be used? Please include a dollar breakdown that explains exactly how grant funds will be used.
